Could someone please remind the PAL volunteers who are setting up Lights in Washington Park to stop yelling in loud voices, honking horns and driving too fast. Other people are in the park to have a quiet time and enjoy Washington Park's beauty. Also, Washington Park neighbors have to listen to their ruckus. Their behavior does not reflect well on PAL.
