Greetings. The Engineering Department has received your submission and is looking into the reported issue. Please remain patient as our personnel work to resolve your issue. We will notify you when your submission has been resolved. Thank you.
Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. We will be dispatching our inspector to the site to evaluate the sidewalk. Please allow us up to two weeks to conduct the inspection.
Hi, I just wanted to check in on your progress in looking at this issue. It had been 3 weeks since first reported and 2 weeks since you said it would be addressed within 2 weeks. It is still overgrown. Thanks!
Thanks, some of the worst branches have been trimmed, but other branches still go past the middle of the sidewalk. Can the full width of the sidewalk please be made accessible?
The owner of 74 Chester St contacted the Engineering Department to inform the landscaper will be coming by no later than 12/15/2017 to clear the vegetation obstructing the sidewalk.
Hi, I just wanted to follow up on this issue. Today is the 15th and the bushes still have not been trimmed back. Many of the bushes along the sidewalk still overhang the sidewalk by more than a foot. In many places, you can’t even see the edge of the sidewalk because it has been covered in dirt.
Can this issue please be addressed before we have significant snowfall, which covers the tree belt, leading to a very narrow strip of passable sidewalk between the bushes and the tree belt.
