This ordinance only requires the cutting of grass or weeds over 8 inches in height and consume an abundance of the yard. JBurton, were you referring to the property directly across from Whole Foods? The one at 2615 Memorial Parkway (corner of Bob Wallace and Memorial Parkway) ? The only grass that we can require to be cut at this time, are the locations on Regal Dr. The property across from Whole Foods has been cleared for new construction. Thank you.
