Description

Putnam Ave (again), is being heavily used by trucks. Tractor Trailer trucks, Dump Trucks etc.
I'm sure these are not all for local use. Can we get the Police Dept to enforce the correct routes for trucks to use? We have routes 10 & 5 right here in Hamden designated for truck use, and maintained by the State DOT .
Look at the condition of Putnam Ave and you will see the damage to the road bed that these 20 -40 plus ton vehicles are doing to the road!
