Going north/northeast in the left lane of Church St. in front of Decatur Inn and Super 8 are two manholes w/ covers that have been "repaired." The "repairs" are worse than the original problems--the blacktop surrounding them is not level with the road surface, vigorously jarring vehicles as they rattle over them. Please mill down smoothly! (might be county issue) There's no way to avoid hitting them.
