There is construction at this house. Someone has taken two large plastic bags or sheets and thrown them to the curb on the Anastasia Way S side of the property and they have been lying there for about 3 weeks. One of them is fully in the gutter. Builder was asked to inform owner that they need to be removed but 10 days later they are still there. They are an eyesore and probably a road hazard as at least one of them appears to contain something.
