Per Traffic Division: this post was reinstalled and soil was added and tamped. The faded No Parking This Side of Street sign was also replaced - issue closed.

Sign has been removed from the ground again and is falling over severely

Yeah. Looks like the fix didn’t work. May need to go deeper or add something that may hold better than the sandy soil we have. Thanks!
