Trucks arriving and starting to work at 5 am on Parkhaven is unacceptable.
Workers junking and screaming.
The Diesel engines and brakes.
All this and trying to call public security takes 20 Minutes.
Every single day needs a phone call.
Can someone please do something???

I think it’s outrageous as well.
I too try to get the line with public security and can’t seem to reach them even after 30 Minutes.
And when you reach them, seems like they don’t care and don’t do much.
Bylaws are clear, no construction noise before 7am. Who will actually enforce this bylaw and ensure peace to the residents?
Action needs to be taken ASAP on Parkhaven.
