Description

The tree is owned by the city and the roots have caused the concrete slab at the end of my driveway to rise up about six inches.

This is a safety issue for many reasons including: 1) people can easily trip and fall, 2) it can cause damage to cars as they enter/leave the driveway, 3) it can cause a bicyclist to have an accident, and 4) it can cause damage to snow blower and/or injury to the person running the snow blower during winter snow removal.

Please have someone contact me to let me know how and when the city will address this issue.
