Contacted Owen Brown Association and was told that that stretch of the road is not considered to be under any Association's care. On another note, the dead tree on Rustling leaf is still there and so are the vines and branches covering the road sign pointing to Broken Land Parkway North and the signs the on Little Patuxent Parkway towards 29 North and the Columbia Mall.
