Description
Side walk on both North entrance ways are not flush with street causing a bump of 1 or 2 inches.
This sidewalk transition does not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.. Transitions from the ramp to the walkway, gutter, and street must be flush (level) and free of abrupt level changes. [§ 4.7.2]
• Transition points between adjacent curb ramp surfaces should be flush. Even a 13 mm (0.5 in) change in level combined with a change in grade can complicate access for wheelchair users. Curb ramp lips are not allowed by ADAAG.

How long it is going to take to get this corrected? if I had uncorrected issues on my property the city would force me with fines, liens or civil court.
The curb ramps MUST be flush with the street as per ADA.
These curb ramps do not meet the Federal Government's ADA requirements.
