Noisy obnoxious women camp out on the sidewalk with their grills and screaming kids starting in the evening and go laaaate. Maribel's Salon n needs security Lights on the Stephens Court side, where they congregate. I asked NCO's to strategize a solution, and theirs is ineffective- the women were spoken to but continue to ruin the sleep and quality of life of residents. The NCO's tried once to meet with the landlord and the block residents, of which I am one and the landlord did not show, then nothing - no rescheduling. We discussed a TAP(?) agreement with the landlord, and again, no follow up. We need a lasting solution to this problem. These people need to respect our peace and quiet.
