Descrição

This house and yard have been an eyesore for 20 plus years. The grass is never cut, the leaves never raked.
This house drags everyone's property values down in the area.
Mice and rats are a problem here.

The property is under foreclosure. The city cleaned the property last year and liened the property for the cost. We will do so again, but are in the process of replacing our property managment service.

Please fix this property! It is a public health problem! Now that we are experience warmer there is a foul smell in the area. There have also been sighting of squirrells and rodents entering the house through cracks and the roof area. Please address this property. The neighbors take pride in keeping their houses clean and presentable. As a neighbor, I am worried about the potential mold and rodents contained in this house!
