Restore park rangers to educate on the bird sanctuary, park hours, sound levels (capoeira level vs concert level), and more, plus enforce park rules?
OR
Implement what was passed in Measure DD: a beach on the south shore / 12th St side, instead of an amphitheatre/concert venue to generate revenue - not in DD text - www2.oaklandnet.com/w/OAK036256
OR
Use the revenues from the amphitheatre to pay for park rangers and soundproofing of homes and businesses within one block radius of Lake Merritt, especially the new parks/spaces built with DD funds?
