I believe this is incorrect. Corbin Court is a city street. Neglected for years, because locals used it as a car park - the DOS and DOT could not get in, and frankly, no one complained/cared.

7-8 years ago the city signposted the street (finally) and erected No Parking signs.

The small street is doubly necessary as access for the Fire Department - to the apartments and buildings at that junction.
