As per Inspector Richardson, no cause for action was found at the time of inspection on 9/12/17 due to no access to rear of property. If access to neighboring rear yard is needed please let us know. Inspectors may not trespass on private property and they will need access from a neighboring property to view violations. Please see the image below provided by Inspector Richardson. There is no way to view the rear of this property without gaining access from a neighboring property. The address in the complaint is incorrect. If the address is incorrect, it may be helpful to add pictures of the issues with surrounding buildings/landmarks. Thank you for your cooperation.
