The unkept, overgrown bushes on a nearby rental home ( located at 1416 Arborview) may it impossible to walk on the sidewalk, take kids on a stroller or even see ongoing traffic. Can the city please let the owner know they are responsible for this as we have no idea who owner is. Our neighbors also share the same concerns. Thank you!!
