Descrição
Both of these street lights are shining light directly into our second floor apartment (484 Whitney), including our bed room. The light on the opposite (east) side of Whitney Ave from us is on a pole (pole #1008) that is tilted back in such a way that the light is shining across the street at us. It needs to be adjusted so it points down at the street. The light on our side of the street (the west side, pole #2511) appears to be oriented correctly, it just needs some sort of shield to block the excess light from shining back towards the houses.

Good Morning,
Corrective action has been completed and work order closed. Both lamps needed re-indexing and a visor was used to block the light.

Out of curiosity, what is "reindexing"?
