Wood shelving materials on this curb again. Seems to be a monthly dumping site in front of this address.

This seems excessive and anti-neighborly. Have you tried knocking on their door and having a conversation with them?

As I mentioned in my post, it is a frequent occurrence. Having gone to get my own city ID at town hall which cost 10.00 and also traveled to the transfer station in Middletown Ave to dump my own stuff at a cost per pound . While there I inquired and was informed that the DEPT Of Public Works notifies the owner of the property of illegal dumping. There can be fines incurred as well. It is neither safe for me to approach someone nor my responsibility as a taxpayer of this city to tell them what they should already know. Littering is unacceptable and carries a fine.
