At 1777 Ocean Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11223. Oral and maxiolafacial surgery of ocean parkway, they have a dumpster on Kings Highway and East 7th. On random nights ranging from 2:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. a commercial garbage truck picks up the dumpster. The sound is deafening - like multiple explosions have gone off, and can last for several minutes at a time.
