There is a business, Blackstar or Africa Blackstar, on 1154 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn that is illegally running a restaurant in their backyard. They have an illegal structure, a large tent approximately 30 by 20 feet, that they use to enclose their backyard. They are serving alcohol without a license and serving food without the proper permits. In addition, they are playing music using a large sound system until very late in the evening. Below are the 311 complaint numbers that I was able to get from my neighbor about the noise. This situation is a health hazard and fire hazard.
