This is between West bound Montana and East bound Harold Dr On north bound Fruitvale Ave West of the Caltrans Park and Ride on a City of Oakland sidewalk. Its pale yellow and is 4 ft in diameter and 3 ft tall and half full of dirt. This planter was part of group of planters in a beautification project on the two center divides all have been destroyed by reckless drivers. This is to big for the Keep Dimond Clean volunteers to move.
