There is drug dealing going on in Apartment #5 (Dover Apartments) 3545 30th Ave North. An Elderly woman lives there but it is her son (Non-Tenant) Steven who is selling drugs and making the neighborhood bad. Landlord is doing nothing (Landlord: Christian Schmeller 707-616-0782)
