This is under the viaduct. You can only enter off the parking lot on the west side of Westernz. There's been a vagrant loving there. I hear him talking on a cell phone when I walk my dog at night. Now someone has grafitti'd the whole walls. There's a whole community here with kids. This worries me but at the very least we can get rid of the graffiti
