This issue has not been resolved. The owners of the property do not take proper care of the grounds. The prior owners took better care of it than the current ones

This is not the only property in Rapds that they own. They ALL are showing signs of neglect.

The property owner was sent an abatement letter on 9-20-17. For building related issues they are given 60 days to bring the issue into compliance.

Gutters are still full, the ground is full of leaves. This building needs some serious attention as far as maintenance is concerned.The current owners dont seem to care about it.

The owner did not contact the City to abate or provide a path forward on the violation. As such, a citation has been issued. We will continue to work to connect with the owner to remedy the issue.

If this doesnt get taken care of by time the snow flies, the snow and ice will build up in the troughs and because of there being no way for water to drain it will become a safety issue for the residents that live there

Do the owners have to go to court?

If they contest the ticket they will appear in Municipal Court.

I just found out tonight that a person I know that lives there has no decent heat and hasn't had it for a week and they don't seem to care
