The green arrow for making a left is not timed long enough to make the turn. cars coming at you do not wait for you to make the turn. the right lane coming at you is trying to beat the left lane of cars because their lane is ending. also the sign coming up Washington Ave is to old and the right dose not see that the left lane has the right of way and they need to yield. in stead they think the left lane is just trying to beat the right lane. and will try to cut the left lane off
