Street light is out. It has been 2+ months since we reported it on https://www.quincyma.gov/crm2/Request/newrequest.htm?ID=78 and 1 month on this app. It was fixed and working for about a week before the street light went out again. It was fixed on Tuesday 7/25 and off again 8/3 Thursday. We actually saw technicians out there "fixing" it on 8/3 and since then it's been broken again. It's completely dark outside after the sun sets. We called the number that was provided for Lighting and Traffic department for Quincy but Mike is out of the office for July even though I called while it was august, his answering machine still says he won't be back until end of July, I called Eddie and Deb which what Mike's number directed to and they both did not answer but I left a recording for Ed. I called national grid and this specific street light is not owned by them and is owned by the city and they cannot help fix it even though I was told by the city that national grid is who they dispatch to fix it and it takes a few weeks. Well...it's been more than 2 months.
