Description

Traffic signal for the left turn lane from southbound West St onto eastbound W MacArthur Blvd is not detecting bikes. I sat with my bike right on top of the detector stencil through a full signal phase this morning around 10:40am, the drivers in the oncoming direction got a green but my signal stayed red.
