Neighbor has 30+ chickens, odor is so bad can be smelled inside house two houses down. Have reached out to the city through other channels with no response. Please address odor issues, it is rendering my and my neighbors backyards unusable.

Sure is hard to have faith or hope for this system when things are over 5 weeks old and are still " under investigation ". and no one answers a request for an update !!!
