The lane markers on 4th Street running south from 22nd Avenue are nearly invisible, especially late in the afternoon when the sunlight hits at an angle. Car in front of me last week was driving in the middle of the road - he couldn't see the white lane markers. The problem continues almost without relief all the way to the curve near 30th.
