Upon my inspection on 8/7/17, I observed the yard to be freshly cut. During the time of my inspection, I observed one vehicle (SUV) backed into the driveway which was not blocking the sidewalk. I will be monitoring this vehicle for movement to determine if the vehicle is operational and will proceed with further enforcement action if necessary.
