Opis

There are about 20 feral cats that her neighbor is feeding every day and issues with trash all over and fence falling down, etc. There are a lot of issues besides the cats with this house.
Animal Control has been contacted but no help. The HOA has sent letters to the resident regarding the fence and trash but all are being ignored.
