There is a large piece of steel on the side of the road sticking out into the right lane as we came out of the tobin tunnel, into boston, near where the transponder takes the picture. If a vehicle doesn't see it and swerve out to miss it, it most likely will slash their tire side wall and has the potential for causing a crash. It is too dangerous around that curve to stop and try to move it over. request highway / safety or other city authority remove it from highway. thank you.
