Hello

We have been passed over 2 times in a row for trash and recycling pickup. Next week our bins will be overflowing and will not get picked up again due to the overflow. Please provide feedback on how to best have the missed weeks made up for.

Is there a way the city can provide an off schedule pickup or provide temporary second recycle and trash bins so that the missed pickups do not affect us further?

I am open to options but would like to stress that it should not be the citizens responsibility to correct the mistake of an employee of the city. Meaning, I will not take my personal vehicle to a dump/recycling facility.
