Description

The water on lagoon #3 has been lowered and the stench is overwhelming. I understand the water levels have been reduced to address the algae problem. However, if the plant debris is not removed it will just reconstitute when the water is return. Additionally, the trash in lagoon #3 is not being picked up adding to the toxic soup that is lagoon #3, the most neglected section of the lagoon system. And where does this polluted water go when the lagoons are lowered?
