As much as I like these new LED street lights, they appear to have a big flaw: Anytime the power goes out, one of three things happens (in order of frequency):
1) the street lights do not come on for one night
2) the street lights come on and stay on until the next power outage
3) the street lights stay off and never come on until the next power outage
I've seen #2 and #3 happen to the one at 2349 Kingsgate Ct. I've seen all of these happen within our neighborhood.
