Two cars were blocking the hydrant yesterday, so I called the police to report.

Obviously this site is inactive. Cars are parked in front of hydrants and too close to corners EVERY DAY at the corner of Ponce de Leon Place and Montgomery, with police cars driving by without issuing tickets.
