This is not a satisfactory response from the Town of Framingham.
The responsibility to follow up on a utility pole issue is NOT the residence of Framingham.
I expect to hear from a responsible person who will contact Verizon, follow up that the issue is satisfactory resolved, and keep me informed as to the progress.

I can contact Verizon for you. Can you please give me a better location as to where this pole is located?
Thanks,

Note that there are 4 orange cones on the street by the pole.
There are two poles there. The old broken one and a replacement pole.

Verizon went out there and checked out the issue and informed me that it was not a hazard. They are now waiting on the electrical company that needs to put their wires onto the new pole that is set up there. If you would like to follow up on this issue please contact them at 1-800-446-8946 Ticket #MC7362.
Thank you!
