Thank you for contacting the Town of Framingham. We have received your submission and look forward to assisting you with this matter.

With both a Town project and the State Mass Pike project in the area traffic is going to be congested. Unfortunately nothing can be really be done to the traffic signal in this area. Vehicles should not be blocking an intersection. This would be an enforcement issue and would fall to the Police Department for issuing citations.
