Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm responding to your concern about a fire hydrant @ 26255 Arligton St. being blocked. I went out to this residence today (7/18/2017 @ 11:00 a.m.) and found that there were no cars blocking this fire hydrant. This doesn't mean that this doesn't happen later in the evening by the resident or someone visiting. There is a law (Artical 300 of 1949) that states "Michigan driver's should NEVER park within fifteen (15) feet of a FIRE HYDRANT.
I strongly suggest that if this continue's to happen that you call SERESA @ (586) 777-6700 (non emergency) and have the dispatch personnel send a police office to fix the situation. If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please cfall my office @ (586) 445-5458.
