This tree is being hit by delivery trucks every day. The home owners at 5 & 12 Bates St have witnessed them taking pieces of the tree down as it drives by.
Also, there is a danger of the power lines running through the tree that would potentially be ripped out or damaged during a heavy storm..
The residents are asking for the removal of this tree.

I would agree with Kenny. Forgive me for I am just forwarding the requests of the residents.
There is another tree not far from this one that has been trimmed.
