Thank you for reporting this issue. This issue has been assigned to Inspectional Services to address as soon as possible. An update will be posted as information becomes available.

This solo issue has been an issue for many years and is not just a recent issue. Politicians have seen this issue in recent past years, as they canvas the streets and citizens for their vote. The pool now needs to be with refurbished or the cement broken in and then covered over. I am not sure if the broken cement needs to actually be trucked away to a proper disposal site of just filled in. Not sure about the law. Thanks to Anthony Cogliandro for his attention to this matter.

The pool is now drained, BUT, There is now an empty Gunite Pool. An accident waiting to happen. The pool needs to either be refurbished or Broken up and Filled in with dirt. The Pool can't just be filled in with dirt.

Thank you once again for bringing this issue to our attention. An exterior sanitary inspection took place on 7/17/17. Violations found at time of inspection; citation issued. This report will be closed. However, reported issue will remain active internally with follow-up ISD exterior property inspections.
