Business at residence dumps tanks from jobs onto sidewalks through two holes in wall surrounding property. Not only is there chemicals in the liquid, but creates muddy and slippery conditions on Belcher Rd sidewalk. Two people have slipped already. This is going into storm sewer to Allen's Creek. Thanks

Inspectors from Pinellas County Environmental Management investigated this issue on 7/12, but were unable to find any evidence of the reported dumping in the location indicated or the surrounding vicinity.
