Glad someone reporting this because at about 730 am today I saw this same group in park. One guy was so drunk he could barely walk, and I saw another guy throw some food on the pavement in park in a verbal dispute with a third person, I saw all this just in the 30 seconds it took me to walk through park. Police need to address this homeless encampment ASAP. Public health and public safety issue. Thank You. Appreciate it.
