We are currently working an open case under CE Case# 201701222 for overgrown property and dead brush tree limbs etc. along with a report of an old blue ice cream type truck at location. We issued a enforcement document to correct those reported violations, and have been working with the property owner to achieve compliance. We have made note of your new additional reported violations and will be investigating them. Thank you for the picture you provided of the rear yard as we cannot view this area from the City Right-of-way. It is noted that we can see an awning in your picture, with miscellaneous debris etc. however the picture does not depict a shed being used, and or constructed as a living facility.
