Back of property is cluttered with brush and other junk items such as large aluminium bricks stored wave runner, old tractor. An awning has also been attached to the residence without a permit. A large storage shed has been placed in the back yard and is being used as a living space. The owner is in process of installing/constructing the shed with electricity, air conditioner and installation on the inside. The yard hasn't been mowed all summer. The front yard is also consumed with junk.
