Not sure if this is the correct cateogroy. The shed next to this house does not seem safe. There seems to be stray cats and other animals living in it. The building is full of mold on the outside. It's very unpleasant in appearance and we have heard the inside is worse.

Thank you for your input. I am not a structural engineer but agree it does have some age on it. I would suggest you stay out until the owners rebuild or take down.
