Pearl St sidewalks (after Ivory Street to Liberty St) significantly deteriorated at multiple points. Difficult for walker users to push walkers. Telephone poles in sidewalks obstruct mobility device users. Multiple missing Curb Cuts (noted separately). Can this issue be added for long-term planning?
