It appears the water has been turned off at the main, however it looks like the cover was not put back on. This is a hazard. Ii don't know how to putt it on or I would.

Thank you for your report. Inspectors inspected the area on July 30, 2017 and observed the leak. The leak is occurring on the private water line. Therefore, the maintenance responsibility remains with the private property owners at this time. However, we will keep documentation of your concerns on file.
