Thanks for your concerns. I met with the property owner and discussed the problem. The contractor did not finish the job and will not come back it seems. The owner is hiring a new contractor to finish the roofing and other items as well.

the owner has been promising that for almost a year. this was exactly the same in october 2016. i have pics then too..seems like he says anything to keep you off his back. this will never be fixed.
