A. Old solar water heater unit on roof is damaged and has broken glass all in the box. Worried that a strong storm or hurricane will blow the glass everywhere and could hurt someone or something

Thank you for your concerns. I did a site visit and the only item I could see with the property was some mold on the fascia board. This is not a maintenance of structure issue that the City would cite the owner for. If there are other visual issues that you know of please comment about them in particular, thanks.
